Our courier is now back on the road so we can now offer delivery
We can now offer delivery anywhere in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
Every delivery is priced individually to give you the best price possible.
An idea of delivery prices as follows:
Dining Chairs - £35 (£60 for two)
Footstools - £60
Armchairs - £60
Coffee tables - £65
Dining Tables - £77
Sideboards - £90
Settees - £110
Deliveries in England within 14 working days of order, Wales and Scotland maximum one month.
We use our preferred family-run courier service who have over 20 years experience. No extra charge for after working hours or weekend deliveries. Your furniture will never be passed on to third parties. This is a single-man service to ground floor so will require help for larger items - if this is not possible/practical please let us know and we will price accordingly.
They will liaise directly with you to find a date/time which is convenient, they will give a days notice and a two to three hour window so no-one is waiting in all day, they will also give a text/call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
All furniture is blanket wrapped and strapped and fully insured during transit.
We hope you love the furniture you buy, but in case there are any problems we offer a 14 day returns policy for the cost of the item purchased (unfortunately we cannot refund delivery costs). Items can be returned in person, you can either return your item in person or arrange your own courier, any cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.
We also offer to repair any joints which may have become loose free of charge for the life of your purchase or, if you are further away, instructions and support in doing this yourself. Our furniture is made from natural woods and therefore may expand and contract when moved between temperature zones for example a courier van to your nice cosy home, original glues do also dry out over time, especially with modern central heating systems. And whilst we are unable to accept any responsibility for this happening, we are happy to make repairs free of charge (excluding any transport costs associated with repair). All of our furniture is stored in a 'home' temperature environment once they leave our workshop so hopefully any movement should happen before your delivery.

All items are sold as shown. You are welcome to view items in person by appointment (please use the contact page).
You will receive a full set of photographs prior to purchase including any marks or defects. You will also receive the full specification of the item including a brief condition report.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchased so please do view these in full as we are unable to refund delivery costs, or indeed return transportation costs unless your item has been damaged in transit.
